Usage method: The resin is mainly used for ordinary immersion and vacuum pressure impregnation insulation processes. It is also suitable for use on composite vacuum impregnation dryers. The resin generally adopts a primary impregnation process. When the use environment is poor or a higher insulation fullness is required, a secondary impregnation process can be used.
, impregnating resin viscosity and adjustment
The viscosity of the resin in use is in the range of ~ seconds/℃. The viscosity of the impregnating resin determines the amount of paint hanging and the fullness of the insulation. The higher the viscosity, the more paint will be hung, and the insulation will be fuller, which is suitable for large workpieces. Low viscosity results in less paint hanging and less need for paint shoveling. It is suitable for small or densely wound coils and situations where paint cannot be shoveled. Since the resin has good dielectric properties and low viscosity impregnation can also achieve good insulation effects. Users can determine the control viscosity of the resin according to the type of workpiece and insulation requirements. The common viscosity range is viscometer ~ seconds/°C.
When the viscosity is higher than the control range, use special diluent to lower it. -The cumulative amount of diluent added generally does not exceed % of the original paint amount. When the controlled viscosity is lower than seconds/℃, users should order resin with special specifications from our company.
, Common immersion reference process
. Workpiece pre-baking
Workpiece pre-baking plays the role of preheating and dehumidifying, making the workpiece easy to immerse and stabilizing the insulation quality. The pre-baking temperature and time can be adjusted according to the workpiece. Factors such as structure and size determine the common pre-bake time at ℃ for ~ hours.
.Immersion
The prebaked workpiece is naturally cooled or air-cooled to ~℃ and then immersed in the resin tank. The workpiece should be immersed below the liquid surface for ~ minutes or until no bubbles escape.
.Drip-drying
The drip-drying time should be longer than short at room temperature for ~ 1 minute until no resin drips.
.Cure
After the workpiece is drip-dried, it is pushed into an oven (room) that has been heated to the curing temperature. The curing temperature is generally ~°C and kept for ~ hours. If the workpiece is pushed into a cold oven and then heated, the baking time should be calculated from when the temperature reaches the curing temperature.
.Notes
() When not in operation, the paint tank should be covered in time to prevent odors from evaporating and impurities being mixed in.
() The temperature of the workpiece during impregnation should not be too high and it is advisable to control the temperature of the impregnated resin not to exceed ℃; too high a temperature of the workpiece will affect the storage stability of the resin.
() The temperature in the oven should be kept uniform. The temperature difference between the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature should not exceed ℃
Otherwise, the consistency of product quality may be affected.
() The impregnating resin is a flammable and explosive material. The impregnating workshop should pay attention to production safety and strictly prohibit fireworks.
Reference process for the use of composite vacuum impregnation dryer
. Pre-baking: After raising the temperature to ~℃, keep it warm for 1 minute, vacuum to the equipment process requirements, and then maintain it for 1 minute before delivering paint.
. Negative pressure paint delivery: Deliver paint to the top of the workpiece and maintain it for at least 10 minutes after closing the paint inlet valve and drawing negative pressure to the equipment process requirements.
.Normal pressure immersion: soak for at least 10 minutes under normal pressure.
.Pressure paint dipping: Open the vacuum valve and maintain the pressure of the paint dipping tank for minutes after it reaches the equipment process requirements
. Paint back: The paint storage tank is evacuated to complete the paint back.
.Drip drying: After dripping paint, the paint storage tank will be evacuated after 1 minute to remove the dripping paint.
.Cleaning: Use a cleaning pump to pump the diluent into the bottom of the impregnation tank and soak it for 1 minute, then pump the diluent back into the diluent storage tank.
.Vacuum paint collection: Raise the temperature to ~℃~℃ to vacuum paint once each time: stop heating and vacuum to -. above - and hold for ~ minutes. After low-temperature paint collection, vacuum back-paint cleaning can be repeated once.
.Curing: Generally work at ~℃ and keep warm for ~hours (note: the timer starts when the temperature reaches ℃). Special work will be determined based on actual conditions.
.Notes:
() When heating, the fan should be turned on for 1 minute before turning on the heater; when heating is stopped, the electric heater should be cut off and the fan should be turned off after 1 minute.
() The impregnation system must be vented unless it is in a vacuum state. Equipment with an exhaust fan should turn on the exhaust fan at the same time.
Packaging and Storage
The resin is packaged in kilogram or kilogram iron drums and stored in the original packaging in a dry and cool room or under a canopy. The storage period is eight months from the date of shipment.
