The on-site supervisor used professional home inspection tools and patiently and meticulously recorded data ranging from the flatness of the entire floor to every window and door, which will be handed over to the owner after all inspections of the entire house are completed.
At the same time, the foreman checked the location of the air switch and weak current box and the determination of strong and weak current. The supervisor was about to inspect the wall. When he inspected the bathroom, he found a hollow area of about . square meters. The supervisor suggested that the owner find a property owner as soon as possible. Carry out repairs otherwise it will affect the progress of the project. When the foreman Chen Changshui learned that the owner was anxious to renovate, he kindly said to the owner: "Then I will help you knock it out and re-plaster it for free." After all the preparations were completed, the briefing process began, that is, the explanation of the floor plan and the determination of the project volume. Because the designer communicated with the owner in detail in the early stage, the entire briefing was completed happily. Basically, the plan was discussed with the designer before. There is no discrepancy in time.
Finally, after the supervisor completed the detailed house inspection, he explained in detail the details that needed to be paid attention to. After all the work was explained, the supervisor, foreman, and owner left each other phone calls. The foreman introduced the use of the code lock in front of the door in detail to the owner, Mr. Lao. Said: "Your work is so meticulous. I leave my house to you Zimingdu to decorate it. I am really relieved.
