SUS440B特性及适用范围：
SUS440B不锈钢较SUS440A钢硬度高，较SUS440C钢韧性高。SUS440B用于刃具、量具和轴承。
高硬度和较好的耐磨性能，在打磨时，它的缺点是粘性比较大，
而且升温很快，但它比任何碳钢都更容易打磨，用手锯切料也容易得多。

锰(Mn)≤0.80
镍(Ni)≤0.60
硅(Si)≤0.80
磷(P)≤0.035
硫(S)≤0.030
铬(Cr)17.00～19.00,
钼(Mo)1.00～1.30
镍 Ni：允许含有≤0.60
SUS440B力学性能：
硬度 ：退火,≤255HB;淬火回火,≥56HV
SUS440B热处理规范及金相组织：
热处理规范：1)退火,800～920℃缓冷;2)淬火,1010～1070℃油冷;3)回火,100～180℃快冷。
金相组织：组织特征为马氏体型。
SUS440B交货状态：一般以热处理状态交货，其热处理种类在合同中注明；未注明者，按不热处理状态交货。
