SUS321不锈钢
SUS321不锈钢(UNS S32100)是一种稳定性非常好的不锈钢。在温度达到800-1500°F(427-816°C)，碳化铬沉淀的条件下，仍能保持良好的抗粒间腐蚀的能力。由于成分中添加了钛，在碳化铬形成的情况下，321合金仍然可以保持稳定性。
321合金不锈钢由于其优良的机械性能，在高温环境下工作很有优势。与304 合金 相比，321 合金不锈钢具有更好的延展性及抗应力断裂能力。另外，304L 也可用于抗敏 化作用及晶间腐蚀。

热处理规范及金相组织：
热处理规范：1)固溶920～1150℃快冷; 2)根据需方要求可进行稳定化处理,热处理温度为850～930℃,但必须在合同中注明。
金相组织：组织特征为奥氏体型。
交货状态：
一般以热处理状态交货，其热处理种类在合同中注明；未注明者，按不热处理状态交货。
