According to Standard design and manufacturing.
Applies to.
Features:
Used to evenly draw squares of a certain size, and evaluate the degree of adhesion of the coating film to the base material by evaluating the integrity of the coating film in the square, with &r express. It is mainly used to measure the adhesion of organic coatings using the cross-hatch method. It is not only suitable for laboratories, but also for construction sites under various conditions.
&< Hundred-Gate Knife
Purpose
:
This instrument is mainly suitable for measuring the adhesion of organic coatings using the cross-hatch method. It is not only suitable for laboratories, but also can be used on construction sites under various conditions.
Working principle and scope of application:
This instrument uses tools of a certain specification to cut and penetrate the coating into a grid pattern. The completed pattern is classified into six levels, and the coating is evaluated from the substrate. Resistance to isolation.
Technical indicators
:
The spacing of multi-edged cutting knives are: +., +., +.
The straightness of the tooth tip of multi-edged cutting knife is: ≯.≯.
Multi-edged cutting knife working tooth tip width: ≯.
Tooth spacing:
Blade: Paint film thickness: below
Blade: Paint film thickness: below
Instructions for operation and use
:
The test pieces must be prepared in accordance with the regulations of R and R.
Place the test piece on a flat plate with sufficient hardness.
Hold the handle of the scratcher and make the multi-edged cutting knife perpendicular to the plane of the test piece.
Cut with even pressure, a balanced, non-vibrating technique and a fast cutting speed.
Rotate & repeat the above operations on the cutouts to form a grid pattern.
Use a soft brush to measure the two diagonals of the grid pattern and gently brush the test piece backward and forward.
The test should be completed at least on three different positions of the test piece. If the test results at the three positions are different, the test should be repeated on more than three positions and all results should be recorded at the same time.
If you need to replace a multi-edged cutting knife, you can use a screwdriver to loosen the two screws on the knife body, replace it with the knife you are using, place the edge of the knife against the handle, and tighten the screws.
Note:
All cuts should penetrate the coating, but not too deep into the substrate.
If the coating is too thick and hard to penetrate the substrate, the test is invalid, but it should be stated in the test report.
In special circumstances or when there are special requirements, the tape method must be used for measurement. Tape is generally a wide, translucent tape with a polyester or acetate backing. Apply the tape to the entire crosshatch, and then tear it off at the smallest angle. The result can be obtained based on the proportion of the area of the paint film surface that is glued down.
The test should be carried out at temperature&°C and relative humidity&%
