The Dynamic Resistance Balance Valve is suitable for central heating systems. This valve is installed in the heating network. The heat network can easily achieve static and dynamic equilibrium. Supports active variable flow operation using heat source. After installing automatic control devices such as thermostatic valves and thermostats in the user's room, it can be converted into pressure difference control to achieve user-centered variable flow adjustment.
Functions of dynamic resistance balance valve:
Dynamic resistance balance valve has three functions: self-operated flow valve function, manual balancing valve function, and self-operated pressure difference valve function. Realize different conversions of the three operating modes of the water pump respectively. When running at a constant flow rate, the self-operated flow valve function is used. When running with the heat source as the main variable, the manual balance valve function is used and the user is the active variable. When running with variable flow rate, it is converted into a self-operated differential pressure valve function. Avoid frequent replacement of valves in the heating network and reduce heating costs.
Use of dynamic resistance balance valve
In the initial adjustment stage of the heating network, the locking device is fully opened, and the valve is adjusted according to the adjustment method of the self-operated flow control valve. The flow of the heat user quickly reaches a balanced state. It gives full play to the advantages of the self-operated flow control valve in heating network balance control. The locking device is then activated and the valve becomes a statically balanced valve with variable flow performance. Since each heat user is balanced, when the circulation pump performs variable flow adjustment, the flow rate of each user will change in equal proportion and still maintain a balanced state. The two functions of constant flow of self-operated flow control valve and variable flow of static balancing valve can be converted according to specific needs. After household metering, the pressure guide pipe can be connected and used as a self-operated pressure difference control valve
