2. Scope of application:
Muzhibao concentrated board softener is mainly suitable for softening rubber wood, oak, ash, chun, birch, oak, pine, mahogany and other tree species less than 1 cm thick. It is widely used in solid wood dining chair backs, solid wood Bedsides, solid wood table legs, solid wood armrests, mahogany furniture accessories, special-shaped solid wood craft products, etc. are softened and bent to copy and bend.
3. Usage:
It is recommended to directly dilute Muzhibao concentrated board softener and water into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.0%, and then proceed to heating, steaming or cold water immersion (specific heating, steaming or cold water immersion time) The time depends on the actual thickness of the bent plate and the tree species. Different tree species have different densities and hardnesses, so the heating and cooking time or the cold water soaking time are also different (see the processing technology and processing parameters in the product trademark column for details). When using direct heating and steaming or soaking in cold water for high-pressure steaming, and when using steam or thermal oil to pass heat through the mold for bending, it is recommended to preheat the mold to a temperature not lower than 10 degrees Celsius. When using high-frequency mold heating for bending, it is recommended that the holding time be appropriately extended by minutes based on the actual thickness of the plate. 4. Precautions:
