Product Overview

This conformal coating has excellent flexibility, hardness and ease of construction, and its fluorescent properties under UV light make it easy to inspect and repair. The system does not contain benzene series, alkanes, methyl ethyl butyl ketone, isopropyl alcohol and other harmful substances.

Usage process
Dip coating process: Dip the printed circuit board into a dipping vessel containing conformal coating with adjusted viscosity, then take it out to evaporate The solvent dries. Since the solvent will evaporate in the dipping vessel and cause viscosity changes, the changes in viscosity need to be monitored.
Spraying process: During the spraying process, sufficient ventilation conditions should be ensured, and the entry of water vapor should be avoided to affect the uniformity of film formation and the occurrence of pinholes. Thinner can be used alone to inspect and repair the sprayed layout. Make repairs. Recommendations and proportions are: dilute coating, or the proportion can be adjusted according to actual requirements to achieve the required viscosity to facilitate construction.
Brushing process: It can be used directly to brush the circuit board, or it can be diluted and mixed evenly before brushing.
