① Movement of the machine
This machine is a one-way low-speed continuous rotating coating equipment. The main motor speed is adjusted through the reducer to drive the pot rotation.
② Structural features
The reducer adopts an advanced and reliable integrated reducer. The lubrication method of the reducer adopts a fully enclosed immersion lubricating grease that is not easy to dry out.
BThe hot air drying device uses electric heating wire for heating.
③Spraying liquid supply system
The liquid supply adopts self-flow from high to low. As long as the liquid is added to the liquid cup and the switch below is turned on, the slurry can flow to the spray gun by itself. The spray gun uses an atomizing spray gun imported from Japan to spray liquid evenly.
Use and Maintenance
Place the main unit stably and then move the spray supply bracket to the right side of the main unit. Place the spray gun into the main unit's clothes pot and adjust it to a reasonable position.
After the preparation of each of the above processes is completed and confirmed to be normal, stop the machine to load materials and proceed with the coating process.
Turn on the power and turn on the speed control switch of the main machine to adjust the speed and direction of rotation of the main machine.
Connect the gas-liquid pipe and add liquid to the liquid cup. Turn on the gas-liquid switch to adjust the mist width and direction of the spray gun.
Aim the mouth of the hair dryer at the mouth of the pot to adjust the heating temperature and direction.
Clean the machinery and pipelines after use.
Maintenance and safety technology
The lubricating oil in the reduction gearbox should be replaced regularly as required.
The sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be inspected and replaced regularly, generally no more than six months.
In order to ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear transmission in the reduction box, the temperature of the box during operation must not exceed ℃.
If the sugar-coated pot has not been used for a long time, the copper pot should be scrubbed clean and oil should be applied on the surface to prevent the copper material of the pot from oxidizing or producing toxic copper compounds when it becomes damp.
The machine must be reliably grounded and its grounding resistance should be as high as possible.
