Operating steps
Before use, open the filling port and replenish the medium with clean transformer oil or clean hydraulic oil (or pure water). Use When the liquid injection port is loosened, it is in a ventilating state.
Pressure boost verification: Manually connect the calibration and pressure instruments to be tested without tools, open the pressure stabilizing valve, open the suction valve and rotate the pre-pressure wheel counterclockwise outward. Make the system full of medium. When the pressure gauge shows that the pressure is ~, use the booster handwheel to pressurize to the first calibration point. After comparison, record the data. Continue to use the booster handwheel to pressurize the rest of the rising process of the pressure gauge. Calibration of each pressure point.
Pressure reduction calibration: Slowly turn the boosting handwheel counterclockwise. When the pressure drops to the first calibration point, record the data after comparison. Then proceed to other pressure points in the pressure reduction process of the pressure instrument. Point verification.
Zero point verification: Open the suction valve and perform zero point verification.
Negative pressure verification: Turn the pre-pressure handwheel to the innermost end, turn the booster handwheel to the innermost end, and close it. For the suction valve, when turning the pre-pressure handwheel counterclockwise to the first calibration point, compare and record the data. Then conduct calibration of other pressure points. For return stroke identification, turn the pre-pressure hand wheel clockwise to perform return stroke identification at each point. .
End of calibration: Manually remove the instrument being tested, plug the output ports with the supplied screw plugs to prevent dust and impurities from entering, and tighten the liquid injection port to prevent liquid leakage.
