Preparation work: Connect the water inlet pipe, return pipe, and high-pressure pipe. In particular, the water inlet pipe and high-pressure pipe must be tightly connected with sealing gaskets, etc., and at the same time, tighten the pressure relief valve, and do not allow water to flow from each connection. Leaks everywhere.
Loosen the pressure adjustment knob (i.e. pressure regulating valve, the same below) to prevent the pressure from rising immediately after the machine is started, causing damage to the machine.
Connect the filter to the water inlet pipe, and then put the filter and return pipe into the same water tank or other clean container that can be used to hold water (such as a bucket).
To keep the water tank (bucket) clean, clean water must be used.
First fill the pipe and pressure vessel under test with water and exhaust the air.
Operation method
Check whether the connection is tight as described in 1. At the same time, confirm whether the pressure adjustment knob has been loosened. If it has been loosened, you can turn on the power switch and turn on the power to start operation.
Note: In order to improve efficiency and protect the machine, before starting to pump water, it is recommended to use the water inlet pipe to add a small amount of water into the pump body.
Make sure that the overflowing water can flow back to the water tank through the return pipe. If the overflowing water does not flow back to the water tank through the return pipe, please stop the machine and pour a little water into the pump body through the water inlet pipe to avoid damage caused by idling of the machine.
After starting up, if there is overflow water flowing out of the return pipe, gradually tighten the pressure adjustment knob until the reading on the pressure gauge reaches the required reading (or slightly higher than the required reading), then the machine can be stopped.
If the pressure gauge reading still does not reach the required reading, after stopping the machine, loosen the pressure adjustment knob first, then turn on the power switch, and repeat step 2. If the pressure gauge reading is higher than the required reading, just It is necessary to stop the machine and gradually loosen the pressure relief valve to reduce the pressure in the container under test to the required value.
At this time, stop and wait to see if the pressure indication value decreases. If the pressure does not decrease, it proves that the pressure resistance of the pipe and container under test is good. On the contrary, it proves that there is leakage on the pipe or container under test causing pressure. decline.
After the pressure test is completed, unplug the power cord, loosen the pressure adjustment knob, then loosen the pressure relief valve, relieve the pressure in the test container, remove the joint between the high-pressure pipe and the test pipe or container, and use Keep running the machine with clean water for several minutes to clean the inside of the pump parts and pipes.
Wipe the motor and parts clean with cotton gauze or soft cloth to prevent corrosion.
Precautions
This machine uses an open motor. During normal use, the surface temperature of the motor shell can reach degrees Celsius, which is normal and may be hot to the touch.
The main unit and the water tank should at least be separated, and do not let water splash into the motor to prevent leakage or burning of the motor.
The power supply of the machine should be connected to a power socket protected by a leakage switch to protect the machine and personal safety.
The working liquid used in this machine must be non-corrosive to metal and rubber, non-crystallizing, and non-solidifying. If water is used, the water quality must be clear and free of sediment and other impurities.
