Jinrui Technology launches step-down high-efficiency, high-voltage converter Jinri Technology launches version. This high efficiency (up to and above) buck/controller can operate up to input voltage. Operates over the input voltage range to produce a fixed output. High output powers can be provided with a single device.
It is a high-efficiency, high-voltage step-down converter with a fixed switching frequency, which can provide the highest current capability, low ripple, and excellent linear regulation and load regulation. Built-in fixed frequency oscillator and frequency compensation circuit simplify circuit design.
The control loop can adjust the duty cycle to change linearly from ~. Built-in output over-current protection function, when the output is short-circuited, the switching frequency drops from Internal compensation modules reduce the number of peripheral components.
Adjustable soft-start built-in chip temperature monitor provides reference voltage accuracy up to operating junction temperature.
