The roller tank ear buffer device adopts a butterfly spring group, which complies with the standards of the Ministry of Coal. Its working principle is that the force of the roller is applied to the disc spring through the bracket, adjustment sleeve, adjustment screw, and disc spring shaft. The upper and lower movement of the shaft releases and compresses the disc spring group to achieve buffering.
The disc spring shaft of the roller tank ear moves up and down in the guide sleeve and the guide hole at the bottom of the cylinder. The lower end of the disc spring shaft is milled with a keyway, and the disc spring shaft cannot rotate due to the flat key at the bottom of the cylinder. The guide sleeve is screwed into the cylinder and presses the disc spring shaft so that the shoulder of the disc spring shaft presses the disc spring. For safety and reliability, the guide sleeve is locked with a cap, and drilled and tapped together with the cylinder barrel, and set screws are used. Fasten.
During the operation of the roller tank ear, the rubber layer of the roller is worn, and the roller is adjusted forward by adjusting the screw to move closer to the tank channel. One end of the adjusting screw has a left-hand thread and the other end has a right-hand thread. Screw in the adjusting sleeve and disc spring shaft respectively. When adjusting, loosen the nut under the adjusting screw. Drive the adjusting screw counterclockwise. The screw is unscrewed and the roller tilts forward to approach the tank channel. After adjustment, tighten the nut under the adjusting screw.
