Main structure and working principle
The main structure of the cable clamp is composed of a shaped splint, a horizontal connecting plate and a connecting pin composed of a carbon steel frame wrapped inside a polymer plastic. Working Principle: This product is suspended and installed on the towing frame of the shearer and moves with the shearer. It mainly plays the role of protecting the cables and water pipes used in underground coal mining machines to prevent breakage and wear of the cables and water pipes.
Installation and use
Insert the molded plugs of the horizontal connecting lever into the grooves of the left and right splints respectively, so that the semicircular positioning holes of the molding plugs are concentric with the positioning pin holes of the plywood, and the positioning pins are inserted into the positioning pin holes to form a Section Cable Clamp Groove
After aligning the head and tail holes of the cable clamp grooves of multiple sections, insert the connecting pin into the hole from the inside to the outside, install the cotter pin, and connect it to form a section of cable clamp groove. (The final length can be determined according to the needs of the coal mining face).
Put the cable into the clamping slot, and use the cross-connecting plate to connect the clamping slots into a closed cable clamp as shown in the figure, thus forming a complete cable clamp that meets the usage requirements of the coal shearer.
2. Precautions
When transporting the product, attention should be paid to the protection of the connecting parts.
The product should be stored in an indoor warehouse at a temperature of ℃~+℃, and should be kept away from open flames.
When assembling, be sure to insert the molded plugs of the horizontal connecting lever into the grooves of the left and right plywood respectively, and then use a rubber hammer to knock the horizontal connecting lever into place so that the semicircular positioning hole of the molding plug is concentric with the positioning pin hole of the plywood. Insert the positioning pin hole and tap it into place with a rubber hammer.
