The product structural steel PTFE pipe is made of ordinary carbon steel pipe as the base, lined with thermoplastic polytetrafluoroethylene (English abbreviation: or [,]) plastic with excellent chemical stability, and processed through a specific process. It has the mechanical properties of steel pipes and the high corrosion resistance, slow scaling, and resistance to microbial growth of PTFE plastics. It is an ideal pipeline for transporting media such as strong acids, strong alkali, industrial salts, and highly corrosive gases.
The joints at both ends of the PTFE-lined metal hose mainly include threaded connections, flange connections, and quick connector connections. The flange sealing surfaces at both ends are all made of PTFE to ensure safe and reliable hose transportation (can be negative pressure).
