The new incandescent lamp consists of an upper cover, an upper shell, and a lower shell , glass cover, metal protection net, etc., the upper cover is connected to the upper shell with screws, and the lower shell is connected to the upper shell with screws. The explosion-proof transparent glass cover and shield are fixed on the lower shell with screws. There are external grounding screws, nameplates, etc. outside the upper casing, and there are wiring boards, internal grounding screws, and straight-mouth crimping lamp holders inside the upper casing. There is a sealing gasket, an explosion-proof transparent glass cover and a metal protective net in the lower shell. The lamp head and power supply adopt a straight-mouth crimping method. The upper cover, upper shell, lower shell and explosion-proof transparent glass cover all have flameproof joint surfaces that meet the requirements.
The old incandescent lamp consists of upper and lower lamp bodies, which are connected with three stops and positioned with two screws. The upper lamp body is composed of an aluminum alloy shell, a cable introduction device and a lamp holder with an interlocking mechanism, and is equipped with internal and external grounding screws. The lower lamp body is composed of an aluminum alloy shell, a sealing gasket, a triangular explosion-proof glass cover and a metal protective net. When the aluminum alloy shell rotates, the contacts of the lamp holder can automatically cut off power, thus ensuring safe installation. The lamp holder and power supply adopt a straight-mouth crimping method. The straight lamp tube and the incandescent lamp are pressed between the upper lamp body and the lower lamp body. The wiring cavity and the light source cavity, the inner cavity of the lamp and the outside world are connected by flameproof joint surfaces that meet the regulations.
