is mold casting machine tool processing, scraping, grinding, inspection, packaging, shipment or storage. The platform needs to be tempered twice during the production process, then machined, and finally scraped manually. After two temperings, the accuracy of the platform is more stable and the wear resistance is better. Manual scraping and grinding can make the cast iron groove platform achieve the ideal accuracy.
Grooved Platform
The grooved platform is made of high-strength cast iron and has a working surface hardness of 0.2 ℃. After two manual treatments (manual annealing and natural aging), the accuracy of this product is stable and the wear resistance is good.
The accuracy of the groove platform is implemented in accordance with the national standard metrology verification regulations, and is divided into four levels: , , , and .
Technical requirements ① The working surface of the groove platform shall not have defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, shrinkage, scratches, bumps, rust spots and other defects that seriously affect the appearance and use.
②The surface of the groove platform should be clean of molding sand, smooth and firmly painted.
③ On the working surface of the groove platform with grade 1 accuracy, sand holes smaller in diameter are allowed to be plugged with the same material, and their hardness should be smaller than the hardness of the surrounding materials. There should be no more than one sand hole blocked on the working surface, and the distance between the sand holes should be no less than 1.
④ The trough platform should be made of high-quality, fine-grained gray cast iron or alloy, and its working surface hardness should reach.
