{Director’s table} adopts steel and wood structure, with beautiful, generous and elegant design. Equipped with a fully assembled luxury chassis with standard pulleys, and the upper chassis is equipped with a gas spring support door.
The production process adopts CNC equipment imported from Japan, including shearing, stamping, bending and welding.
The processing materials are all made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, steel type, standard/wooden surface is made of medium-density fiberboard, grade indoor type, grade-excellent product, inspection basis/, inspection items moisture content, water absorption thickness expansion rate, formaldehyde release wait.
The material thickness varies according to the function of the parts. The material thickness specifications are respectively on-site processing and matching, work hardening, and strong and durable steel plate specifications. The table legs are made of steel plates and processed by plasma cutting.
Surface treatment The steel part has been degreased, pickled, rust-proof and phosphated, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed (acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, anti-static). The unique electrostatic spraying process meets international standards. The wooden parts are cut, molded, polished and puttyed, polished and brushed with white latex. They are polished and pasted onto solid wood paper or fireproof board with transparent putty. Then they are sprayed with primer and topcoat. . Finished product after natural drying.
The color can be selected and customized according to the requirements.
