UASB reactor

Overview The upflow anaerobic sludge reactor (B reactor) is an organic wastewater treatment technology jointly developed by our company and Shandong University on the basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign achievements. It has been successfully used in a variety of industrial wastewater treatment projects.
The upper part of the B reactor is equipped with a gas, liquid and solid three-phase separator, and the lower part is the sludge suspension layer area and the sludge bed area. Wastewater is evenly pumped into the sludge bed area from the bottom of the reactor and mixes with the anaerobic wastewater. The mud reacts fully, and the organic matter is decomposed into biogas by anaerobic microorganisms. The liquid, gas and solid mixture rises to the three-phase separator, so that the three are well separated, and the above organic matter is converted into biogas to complete the wastewater treatment process.
