Structural Overview
The load switch is composed of a base insulator, a dynamic and static contact knife arc contact and an arc extinguishing chamber, a transmission mechanism and a spring energy storage mechanism, a fuse and a manual operating mechanism, etc. It can be combined with a grounding switch One piece with interlocking device.
When the energy gate is manually closed, the operating mechanism stores energy in the closing spring through the transmission mechanism. When the energy storage is terminated, the spring releases energy to achieve high-speed closing of the contact knife.
Principle of gate operation and arc extinguishing Manual opening chamber, the opening spring releases energy, causing the main contact knife to disconnect first, and then the arc contact knife breaks the circuit instantly.

The load switch with a current-limiting fuse with an impactor has an automatic tripping device. When the fuse is not blown in all phases, the load switch automatically opens and must be tripped again before re-closing.
Load switches with grounding switches are interlocked through interlocking mechanisms to avoid mis-opening and mis-closing.
When the fuse is not properly matched with the integral load switch, a split load switch can be used.
