Dust filter bag | Water-repellent and oil-repellent polyester needle punched felt

When the water-repellent and oil-proof polyester needle felt is in operation of the bag dust collector, the dust in the gas contains a lot of moisture and oil, as well as hygroscopic and deliquescent dust, and a water film or oil film may be formed on the surface of the dust. Increased adhesion will help capture dust, but will make cleaning difficult. Especially when the high-temperature gas is in a high-humidity state, condensation will occur due to the cooling effect of the external air. This can not only cause the collected dust to scale or even block the surface of the filter bag, but also corrode the structural materials, increase the operating resistance of the dust collector, and directly affect the normal operation of the bag dust collector. In view of this, ordinary filter materials must be further improved in function to be suitable for this special working condition, prevent or reduce the phenomenon of dust bagging, and improve the service life and work efficiency of filter materials.
In recent years, our company has used reactive fluoride additives to post-process various filter materials such as polyester, polypropylene anti-static needle felt, aramid needle felt, etc., and has achieved ideal water-repellent and oil-proof effects. Not only does the water and oil repellent grade test meet national standards, but it also does not affect the appearance, style and internal indicators of the original needle felt.
Water-repellent and oil-proof mechanism
Use reactive fluoride additives to prepare a mixed working fluid to impregnate the filter material, so that the working fluid reacts with certain groups in the macromolecular structure of the filter material fiber to form macromolecular chains. Change the affinity between fiber and water and oil to reduce the surface tension of the filter material to less than the surface tension of water and oil to achieve the purpose of water and oil repellency.
