Main structure and working principle
This pump is a horizontal three-piston pump, which is composed of a motor, pulley, frame, pump head and base.
Frame
The frame is composed of the fuselage, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, etc. The electric motor is decelerated through the V-belt pulley, and the rotational motion is converted into the reciprocating linear motion of the crosshead through the crank link mechanism.
The fuselage is a cast iron part with a box-shaped structure. There are three mounting holes bored at the front end to ensure the coaxiality of the plunger and the crosshead. There is a rectangular hole at the rear end of the fuselage to facilitate the crosshead connecting rod, etc. Assembly and disassembly of parts.
The crankshaft is an integral three-crank crankshaft. The big end of the connecting rod has a split structure and is equipped with a standard diesel engine connecting rod bearing. The small end of the connecting rod is equipped with a copper bearing and is connected to a crosshead pin.
The crosshead has a cylindrical structure, and elastic retaining rings are installed on both ends of the mating hole for the crosshead pin to prevent the crosshead pin from moving axially. The crosshead and plunger are connected with an intermediate spherical structure to ensure that the plunger automatically position.
Pump head
The pump head is composed of the pump body, suction valve, discharge valve, plunger pair and other parts. The pump body is fixed on the body, and the crosshead drives the plunger to reciprocate in the pump body, causing periodic changes in the working volume in the pump body. When the plunger is in the suction stroke, the internal volume of the pump body increases, the discharge valve closes, forming a partial vacuum, and the working medium enters the pump body through the suction valve under atmospheric pressure. On the contrary, the suction valve closes, and the working medium is output by the discharge valve and passes through the one-way The valve is transported from the external pipeline to the device under test until the required pressure is reached.
In addition, a visual pressure gauge is installed on the one-way valve at the right end of the pump head to monitor the discharge pressure of the pump.
A safety valve is installed at the left end of the pump head to protect the system when it is overloaded. The trip pressure of the safety valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and the user is not allowed to adjust it arbitrarily.
