Installation and usage

Installation
Install the handrail.
Install the motor starter and power circuit. (See picture)
Install the check pressure relief valve (this part is removed and packaged separately by the host when it leaves the factory). See the picture for the installation position. This piece is connected by a reverse nut and the tee outlet of the relief valve (the above specifications are directly connected to the outlet of the pump head). The connection should be sealed with a copper pad.
Install the pressure gauge.
The high-pressure hose connects the pressure test pipeline and the check pressure relief valve, and the connection should be sealed with a copper gasket.

Preparations before use
Add enough lubricating oil to the transmission box so that the oil level reaches the oil level indicator line. The lubricating oil is machine oil (or machine oil).
Check whether the threaded connections are loose.
Check whether the insulation parts of the motor and starter meet the requirements of electrical regulations. For safe use of electricity, the entire machine must be reliably grounded.
Set up a clean water reservoir and ensure adequate water supply. Place the filter screen of the water inlet pipe into the water reservoir, making sure the filter screen is not exposed to the water surface.
