How to operate the vehicle transfer device
When using it, first pull out the safety pin and rotate the hydraulic valve ring counterclockwise to relieve the pressure of the hydraulic retractor. Expand the vehicle transfer device with force. Push the vehicle transfer device from the outside of the tire and tighten the hydraulic pressure clockwise. Stepping on the pedal of the valve gradually squeezes the vehicle tires between the rollers, shortening the distance between the rollers and lifting the wheels off the ground. After four wheels are lifted off the ground, the safety pins are inserted and the vehicle can be pushed. The vehicle is moved to the designated location and the safety pins are pulled out. Then, rotate the hydraulic valve ring counterclockwise to release the pressure from the hydraulic retractor and automatically lower the wheel to remove the vehicle transfer device.
When operating, rotate the hydraulic valve one turn and do not over-rotate it, otherwise the hydraulic oil will splash out if the hydraulic valve is unscrewed!
Operation skills
Place the tire in the middle of the roller, otherwise the wheel stop arm may contact the side of the tire when the car transfer is tightened
To prevent the foot pedal from causing the car transfer to deflect, use Press the pedal with your right hand until the roller and the width of the tire are close to each other
Press the pedal continuously and evenly to ensure that the roller can rotate smoothly and lift the wheel
When taking out the vehicle transfer device, you should first pull out the safety latch and then release the hydraulic pressure valve.
Precautions
◆Do not unscrew the hydraulic valve during operation of the vehicle transfer, otherwise the hydraulic oil will splash out. Oil leakage or damage to the oil pump caused by unscrewing the hydraulic valve yourself is not covered by the warranty.
