保定创新模具机械厂【电话13473122161 18031271217】路缘石模具，路沿石塑料模盒，路侧石模具，是用来生产水泥预制路沿石的模具模型。而路沿石是指用花岗岩材质或水泥预制制作的用在路面边缘的界石， 路沿石也被称为道牙石或路边石、路牙石。路沿石模具的材质一般分为塑料注塑成型还有钣金钢模具成型， 生产原理是将混凝土倒入模具内，等水泥凝固后在进行拆模或脱模成型，塑料路沿石模具主要采用工程聚丙PP注塑成型， 材质直接影响模具的使用寿命。路沿石模具采用工程pp（聚丙烯）原料，材料具有良好的可锻性、切削加工性、淬硬性、淬透性及可磨削性、还具有小的氧化、脱碳敏感性和淬火变形开裂倾向。 所有的塑料模具所用的原材料都是一级新料,不加粉碎回料,所以不要市面上用粉碎回料做的模具,使用粉碎回料做的模具使用寿命短,容易老化,变形.表面不平整,水泥件不容易脱模.购买请慎重. 一.不要比重量,切割开塑料模具可以比较一下产品壁厚。通过回收来的粉碎回料,经过粉碎后始终还带有水泥浆粉,在同样的钢模注塑成型下,做出来的产品只有重,不会轻. 二.不要过于比较价格，买2个40元钱的模具还不如1个50元钱的模具耐用，做出来的水泥件尺寸稳定，又不外膨胀，不存在产品不合格的风险。 三、粉碎回料做的塑料模具，表面有很多黑点，浑浊不光亮，加力变形大。 四、模具产品外观不要有很多飞边毛刺，有刀销的痕迹。影响产品外观是钢模注塑的原因，钢模开不好，塑料模具质量也好不到哪里去。 五.客户购买水泥预制件专用的塑料模具最好到专业生产塑料模具密集的地区采购,大部分集中在浙江嘉兴,河北保定,其他地区以代理商比较多
