This valve cleverly combines the pilot solenoid valve, manual valve and throttle valve into one. The pilot valve receives the electrical signal switch to drive the main valve action. . The adjusting screw can adjust the applicable range of medium viscosity and main valve switching time, and can compensate after the main valve wears. When the pilot valve needs maintenance, it can be removed by tightening the adjusting screw and isolation screw and can be operated with a manual screw. The screw can also be used to preset the maximum or minimum flow rate for automatic control of the solenoid valve.
Selection of solenoid valves

Selection basis
1. Select the diameter specification (ie) interface mode of the solenoid valve according to the pipeline parameters
Determine the diameter size according to the on-site pipeline inner diameter size or flow requirements.
The interface method generally requires flange interface, but it can be freely selected according to user needs.
2. Select the material temperature group of the solenoid valve according to the fluid parameters
For corrosive fluids, corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and all-stainless steel edible ultra-clean fluids should be selected for food. Grade stainless steel solenoid valve.
For high-temperature fluids, solenoid valves made of high-temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials should be selected and should be of piston structure type.
The fluid state must be distinguished if it is in a gaseous, liquid or mixed state, especially when the diameter is larger than the order size.
The fluid viscosity is usually within the following range and can be selected arbitrarily. If it exceeds this value, a high viscosity solenoid valve must be selected.
Three principles and structural varieties of solenoid valves are selected based on pressure parameters
The nominal pressure parameter has the same meaning as other general valves and is based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline. Come and decide.
Working pressure If the working pressure is low, direct-acting or step-by-step direct-acting principles must be used. When the minimum working pressure difference is above, direct-acting, step-by-step, direct-acting, and pilot-operated types are available.
The four electrical selection voltage specifications should be given priority as much as possible for convenience.
5. Choose Normally Closed, Normally Open or Continuously Energized according to the length of continuous working time
When the solenoid valve needs to be open for a long time and the duration is too long to close. Normally open type should be selected for the time.
If the opening time is short or the opening and closing time is not long, choose the normally closed type.
However, for some working conditions used for safety protection, such as furnace flame monitoring, the normally open type cannot be selected and the long-term energized type should be selected.
6. Select the auxiliary function according to the environmental requirements. Explosion-proof, return-proof, manual waterproof, mist and water spray diving
