The first point is to install the waterproof casing When sealing pipes, the sealing pipe fittings of the flexible waterproof casing, including the flange and valve sealing surfaces and the smoothness of the sealing gasket, must meet the requirements. There must be no scratches, mottled and other defects that affect the sealing function, and they must be coated with white petroleum jelly.
The second point is that before installing the high-pressure flange, the trapezoidal groove should be checked for radial scratches, rust and other obvious defects. Any defects must be ground by a professional technician (fitter) and should not be handled by oneself. During installation, use fine gauze to scrub the inside of the groove clean, then put the metal ring pad into the groove, rotate and use red lead oil to check the tightness of the contact line and the trapezoidal groove, and there must be no discontinuity. Whether the gasket type meets the requirements, choose different gaskets for different media, temperatures and pressures.
