Three Scope of Application
Widely used in waterproofing and moisture-proofing projects for new and old roofs, color steel tiles, basements, tunnels, bridges, culverts, civil air defense and other projects. Four usage methods
The base layer must be smooth, dense, free of oil, sand and open water.
Defects such as cracks in the base layer should be repaired first, and areas such as yin and yang angular deformation joints should be treated with reinforcement layers.
The metal surface layer needs to be rust-removed and polished, and a layer of anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment agent is pre-coated.
Use a rubber scraper or roller brush to apply the water-based polyurethane waterproof material with even coating on the base surface. The coating thickness meets the design requirements and there should be no leakage, bulging or delamination.
The drying time of the coating is about an hour at room temperature. The interval between each application shall be based on the non-stickiness of the hands. For general brushing, the recommended dosage/㎡ and the thickness are about 50%.
Five Precautions
The product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry place, and the storage temperature should be above.
During the construction of the coating film, you should be strictly protected from rain and water. It is strictly forbidden to walk on the waterproof layer before it is dry.
To prevent sharp objects from damaging the waterproof layer, the waterproof layer of non-leaking decorative parts should be constructed with a protective layer of water-based polyurethane waterproof coating.
