Anti-rust paint
It is mainly divided into two categories: physical and chemical anti-rust paint. The former relies on the proper combination of pigments and paints to form a dense paint film to prevent the intrusion of corrosive substances, such as iron red aluminum powder graphite anti-rust paint, etc. The latter relies on the chemical rust inhibition effect of anti-rust pigments, such as red lead and zinc yellow Anti-rust paint, etc. Used for rust prevention of bridges, ships, pipes and other metals.
Characteristics: Good adhesion, high anti-rust performance, strong water resistance, and quick drying naturally at room temperature.
Usage: Mainly used in mechanical equipment, steel structure pipelines, etc.
It can be applied by air spray or brush.
Before use, the substrate should be cleaned and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
Alkyd diluent can be used to adjust viscosity.
When spraying the topcoat, if the gloss is too high, it must be sanded evenly with grit sandpaper or applied after the previous coat of paint has dried but before it dries.
Iron red anti-rust paint cannot be used directly on zinc-aluminum substrates, and its weather resistance is poor when used alone, so it should be used in conjunction with topcoat.

Notes
The new wall surface must be allowed to fully dry for a period of time, so that the moisture content is less than 0.0% before construction can begin. Usually under the conditions of ℃ and relative humidity, the cement mortar wall should be dry for more than 10 days. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, the temperature should not be lower than ℃.
