制管车间:专业直径在0.25-15MM之间的不锈钢毛细管,小径不锈钢管!产品不锈钢316L（无磁管）、SUS304（微磁管），全部采用进口优质的不锈钢原材料（南韩/日本），管壁厚0.08~2.0MM之间，管壁厚公差在0.02内，同心度好，外表光亮，内孔光滑，可以对管的表面进行抛光处理！软态硬态均可，（同时为客户定做各种小规格直径的金属管，直径在0.35-20.0MM黄铜，紫铜管，铝管，铁管等材料拉制,） 本厂顺应广大客户对管材成型的需要！专门引进日本瑞士等精密管材成型设备，设立精密管成型车间来满足国外广大厂商的需求！加工内容：1、对各种细小管截断加工。2、对各种精密细小管截断端、磨尖加工。3、对各种细小管扩口缩口加工。4对各种精密管折弯成型加工、5对各种小管侧面削面打微型孔加工。6、对各种细小管焊接组装抛光加工。7、对各种精密细小管进行分级压缩膨胀加工8.对各种管状产品多工位拉伸成型,9.对管件多孔位壁面孔位制品，10、特殊实心空心三维成型制弯加工。
塑胶五金部:主要从事直径在0.25-40MM、长500MM以内的精密细长金属件、轴类件、针类件、管类件、套类件、冲压件、塑胶件、组装件、切削件及成型加工！最小公差可以保证0.01-0.02以内，材料有环保铜、铁、不锈钢、铁氟龙、压克力等塑胶五金产品的批量加工。
