The following matters should be considered during the installation process of the magnetic pump
Place the unit on the foundation, place a pair of wedge pads between the bottom plate and the foundation, and adjust the wedge pads to align the level of the pump. After adjustment, tighten the anchor bolts.
The pump and motor should be inspected before installation. All parts should be intact and there should be no debris in the magnetic pump.
Foundation dimensions: Make a concrete foundation and bury the anchor bolts at the same time.
The suction and discharge pipeline of the force pump should be supported by a bracket, and the magnetic pump cannot be used for support. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes should be consistent with the diameter of the pump inlet and outlet.
After the installation is completed, finally turn the magnetic pump coupling by hand to check whether there is any friction. If the rotation is easy and even, the installation is complete.
The pump is strictly prohibited from pumping media containing particles and easily crystallized. It is not allowed to operate continuously with the discharge port closed, and the minimum flow rate must be maintained.
To prevent debris from entering the magnetic pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet, and the filtering area should be greater than ~ times the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
