The suction and discharge pipeline of the force pump should be supported by a bracket, and the magnetic pump cannot be used for support. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes should be consistent with the diameter of the pump inlet and outlet.
After the installation is completed, finally turn the magnetic pump coupling by hand to check whether there is any friction. If the rotation is easy and even, the installation is complete.
The pump is strictly prohibited from pumping media containing particles and easily crystallized. It is not allowed to operate continuously with the discharge port closed, and the minimum flow rate must be maintained.
To prevent debris from entering the magnetic pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet, and the filtering area should be greater than ~ times the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
