用于选择性去除重金属离子交换树脂
Tulsion ® 7 CH-27 是一款特级大孔型聚苯乙烯主体架构的，带有特别胺基官能团的弱碱胺
交换树脂。它具有极高的耐渗透压和优良的物理稳定性。
Tulsion ® 7 CH-27 可以非常有效的从 PH 小于 2 的溶液中选择性的吸附过渡金属离子。使
用 Tulsion CH-27 也可以很容易的把过二价阳离子从其他金属阳离子中分离出来。对于
给定的重金属离子，选择性取决于进水的浓度，存在的形式和 PH 等。树脂对于给定金属
的亲和性可可以通过调节 PH 值来增加或者减少。选择性的一般顺序如下：
Cu > Ni >Fe(III) > Zn > Co(II) > Cd > Fe(II)
Tulsion ® 7 CH-27 可以应用于电镀和酸洗槽，或者湿法冶金中去除重金属。
Tulsion ® 7 CH-27 树脂可以用浓硫酸或者氢氧化铵溶液进行再生。
Tulsion ® 7 CH-27 的应用：
1.钴/镍分离：Tulsion CH-27 树脂在酸性 PH 条件下可以从钴溶液中分离出镍。
2.铬/铜&镍分离:铬镀液中含有铜镍等杂质，可以用 Tulsion CH-27 去除这些杂质，因为
它对铜镍的强烈的亲和性远远大于铬。
