The heating unit is composed of the outer tank of the electroless nickel plating tank, the stainless steel heating tube, the corrosion-resistant heat exchanger, the special filter for electroless nickel plating, the insulation device, the plating tank cover, the temperature automatic control system and other components
Two equipment principles
Heating unit The tank body consists of an outer tank and an electroless nickel plating tank. The outer tank is equipped with stainless steel heating tubes and corrosion-resistant heat exchangers, and an electroless nickel plating tank is also placed in the outer tank. The outer tank is used to hold tap water, and the electroless nickel plating tank is used to prepare electroless nickel plating liquid. When in use, the tap water in the outer tank is heated through the stainless steel heating tube so that the temperature of the tap water continues to rise. The electroless nickel plating liquid is pumped into the corrosion-resistant heat exchanger in the outer tank through a special filter for electroless nickel plating. The tap water undergoes heat exchange and then returns to the electroless nickel plating bath. Through continuous circulation, the temperature of the electroless nickel plating solution gradually rises to the process temperature
