The second category of products will gradually drop to zero within the year when the Agreement comes into effect, accounting for approximately the sum of the total tax items of China and Peru respectively. The tariffs on the third category of products will be gradually reduced to zero within the year when the Agreement comes into effect, accounting for approximately the sum of the total tax items of China and Peru respectively. The fourth category of products is exceptional products and is not subject to tariff concessions, accounting for approximately the sum of the total tariff items in China and Peru. The fifth category of products will gradually reduce their annual tariffs to zero, accounting for approximately the sum of the total tax items in China and Peru.
After the implementation of the Agreement, China's light industry, electronics, home appliances, machinery, automobiles, chemicals, vegetables, fruits and other products, as well as secret recipe fishmeal, mineral products, fruits, fish and other products will benefit from it.
The original is light red, in triplicate, one of which is the copy retained by the Commodity Inspection Bureau or the Council for the Promotion of International Trade. This certificate should generally be applied for before shipment or within the day after shipment. If it is applied more than 10 days after shipment, it will be regarded as a later-issued certificate, and the words "later-issued" will be displayed on the certificate of origin.
In addition to the Commodity Inspection Bureau, the issuing agency can also issue the Peruvian Free Trade Zone Preferential Certificate of Origin.
