PAM2309是一个降压型，DC-DC转换器，在高负载电流模式中，固定频率PWM保证了最佳静态和瞬时特性。为了保证便携设备的最长电池寿命，PAM2309含有一个省电脉冲频率调试（PSM）模式，它可以在低负载条件下降低开关频率来省电。 PAM2309工作在输入电压从2.5V到5.5V，因此可以适用单节锂电池，多节碱性、镍电池，USB，和其他常见电源供电。PAM2309输出电压可以在0.6V到输入电压之间调节。所有型号都包含内部功率开关和同步整流器以使外部零件数量少和高效率，当使用逻辑控制关闭时，输入与输出分离且从输入电源流出电流小于0.1uA。另一个关键特点是包含有欠压锁定来防止电池深度放电，软启动防止输入电流在启动时过流。 PAM2309采用SOT23-5 DFN2*2-6 QFN3*3-16 封装
