弹簧振动锤的工作原理,弹簧打桩锤的振幅要求
弹簧振动锤的工作原理是利用电动机带动两组偏心块作相反的转动,使它们所产生的横向离心力相互抵消,而垂直离心力则相加,由于偏心轴转速快,于是使整个系统产生垂直的上下振动,从而达到沉桩的目的。
正基提醒:选用振动锤需考虑多方面的因素,振动力要求和最低可接受振幅是两个最关键的因素。振幅要求:
振幅=2×(偏心力矩/振动重量)
振动重量=A+B+C
A桩的重量;B夹桩器重量;C振动锤振动部件重量
说明:各类型的土质对最小振幅要求有所不同。在沙质的土壤里,振动造成的液化程度较高,
所以要求比较小。在黏土里,由于土壤能跟随桩壁运动,振幅要求达到6mm才能摆脱土壤。在非常理想的情况下,如在水下的沙质土壤,2mm就足够。
振动力要求:
F=m.a=m.w2r=mr.w2=偏心力矩×(2∏×vpm/60)2
说明:在振动时,振动力加上振动物(包括锤和桩等)的自重为总压桩力。桩阻力在振动时因为土壤液化的效果会比静止时大幅减弱。桩阻力减弱程度是根据振频大小和土质来决定。
