Technical parameters:
. Rain bearing diameter:
. Measuring range:
. Resolution:
. Error %
.Weight: about .kg
.Output signal: single reed switch on and off, (anti-interference resistance ohms and capacitance .microfarad)
.Working environment temperature: ~℃
Functions and features:
. Small size, easy installation, high precision, good stability
. Good linearity, long transmission distance, anti-interference ability
. Mesh design at the funnel to prevent leaves and other debris blocking the rainwater flow
. The support system of the tipping bucket parts is well-made and has small friction torque, so the tipping bucket parts can flip sensitively, have stable performance and reliable operation
. The instrument shell is made of stainless steel and does not rust. Good appearance quality
. The rain-bearing opening is made of stainless steel and is punched and drawn as a whole. It has high smoothness and small errors caused by water stagnation
. There is a horizontal adjustment bubble inside the chassis, which can assist the bottom corner to adjust the equipment to Optimum horizontality
Scope of application:
The tipping bucket rain sensor is a hydrological and meteorological instrument used to measure rainfall in nature and at the same time convert the rainfall into digital information expressed in the form of a switch. Output to meet the needs of information transmission, processing, recording and display. It can be used by meteorological observatories (stations), hydrological stations, agriculture and forestry, national defense, field reporting stations and other relevant departments to measure precipitation amount, precipitation intensity, precipitation time, etc. in conjunction with the rainfall recorder independently developed and produced by our company. It can provide original data for flood control, water supply dispatching, and power station and reservoir water regime management.
Working principle:
The rainwater collected at the water receiving port passes through the upper barrel (funnel) and is injected into the metering tipping bucket. The tipping bucket is made of engineering plastic injection molding and is divided into two triangular bucket chambers of equal volume with a middle partition. It is a mechanical bistable structure. When one chamber receives water, the other chamber is in a waiting state. When the volume of rainwater received reaches a predetermined value. (.), it will tip over due to gravity and is in a waiting state. The other bucket is in a water receiving working state. When the amount of water it receives reaches a predetermined value, it turns over again and is in a waiting state. A magnetic steel is installed on the side wall of the dump bucket. When the dump bucket flips, it scans from the side of the dry reed tube to turn the dry reed tube on and off. That is, every time the tipping bucket overturns, the dry reed tube is turned on and sends out a switch signal (pulse signal).
