Three Structures and Working Principles
Structure The internal combustion motorized wrench is composed of a small gasoline engine planetary gear train, a gearbox, a rotation direction converter, an impact booster, an output shaft, a clutch sleeve head and an operating armrest.
Working Principle The rotational torque of the engine is reversed and decelerated through the clutch universal joint bevel gear reversing and reduction mechanism. The reversed and decelerated torque is transmitted from the connecting shaft to the device with the function of accumulating and adding force. It is simple and convenient to loosen and tighten the nut on the bolt through the sleeve on the impact force-adding mechanism.
Four usage methods
Check that all parts of the machine should be in normal condition
Turn the engine a few times to ensure that all parts are well lubricated
Turn the reversing handle to make the sleeve in the neutral position
Start the engine and run it idling for a short time, then adjust the throttle to make the engine idle and then start working
Start the reversing handle to the direction of rotation you need, lift the handle, and align the sleeve with the nut clockwise. Turn the right handle and pull the clutch line and clutch sleeve to start rotating. Turn the reverse handle to reduce the throttle and slow down. Release the clutch line and the clutch is separated to complete a working cycle.
Before stopping work, relax the accelerator and move the reversing handle to neutral to shut down the engine.
Five maintenance adjustments and precautions
The bevel gear reduction and reversing mechanism should be inspected and lubricated once every time it is working.
Check the lubricating oil of the booster once a month.
