The main production technical points are as follows:
1. Cold storage transformation
.Building mushroom beds: generally bamboo and wood structures. Bed frames are generally angle iron or cement structures. The length of the mushroom bed is not limited, the baffle height is cm, the height between floors is - cm, the bottom floor is about cm from the ground, and the width of the aisle is not less than cm. Generally, a cold storage can be built with - floors.

2. Material preparation and fermentation

3. Sowing

4. Covering with soil and fruiting

5. Mushroom picking

After each harvest of mushrooms, the bed should be cleaned, and the holes left by the mushroom picking should be filled with sterilized soil, and sprayed with water again to promote the change of mushroom tide.
Each production cycle lasts for a month, and the next cycle of fermentation begins one month before the fruiting ends. After fruiting, clean up the old culture material and keep it away from the mushroom house. This culture material can be returned to the fields as high-quality organic fertilizer.
