1. Overview of three-piece extended welded ball valve
The three-piece extended welded ball valve body uses one main valve body and two auxiliary valve bodies. It consists of two parts, and the two auxiliary valve bodies are lengthened. The high temperature during welding has little effect on the valve seat seal and the valve stem packing seal. The casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. It adopts elastic sealing structure, which ensures reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. When the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized, the valve stem will not be flushed out. The internal thread ball valve can be equipped with a switch positioning mechanism, which can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation and is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Using different materials, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.
