2. The topic of the paper must be consistent with the positioning of the publication. Each publication has its own specific purpose, columns and professional positioning, which must be understood before submitting. You also need to find out whether it is a quarterly, bimonthly, monthly, semi-monthly or weekly, which will directly affect the speed of publication of your manuscript.
3. Try to submit your manuscript 3 months in advance. For general academic journals, it takes several months from receipt of manuscripts to publication of sample journals.
