Preparation work before rail stress relief
Send the sleeper fastener bolts in the relief area and place the spare rail.
b. Place a rolling bar on the sleeper at appropriate intervals at the bottom of the rail to separate the rail bottom from the rail bottom pad.
Connect one end of the fishplate to one end of one rail with bolts, and clamp one end of the fishplate into one end of the other rail.
Install the rail puller
Connect the oil circuits and start the electric pump station to extend the entire piston rod stroke.
b. Place the clamp seats on the two rails respectively, insert the wedge iron, and place the oil cylinder and piston rod assembly so that one end of the oil cylinder is placed on the rail connected to the fishplate.
Adjust installation settings. The end face of the cylinder port should protrude about a millimeter beyond the end face of the rail where it is located. Then tighten the wedges at both ends. If the length of the rail is more than 3 mm, the end face of the oil cylinder should protrude about a millimeter beyond the end face of the rail where it is located.
Stress Relief Operation
After the fastener is loosened, a person must hammer the released rail with a hammer every meter to change the direction of the electric pump station and slowly pull the two rails closer. (Note: Do not increase the oil pressure too much as long as the rail is moving.)
b. When the two rails close the appropriate rail gap, the electric pump station maintains a certain pressure.
Fire the bolts at the other end of the fishplate and tighten all the bolts of the fishplate.
. Pull out the roller bar and tighten all rail bottom fastener bolts.
Replace the electric pump station, feed oil in the reverse direction, and the clamp seat at one end loses its clamping state. Turn off the electric pump station, use a hammer to vibrate the clamp seat at the other end to make it lose its clamping state, and then remove the double-cylinder pulley from the rail. Orbiter, work completed.
Safety precautions for multi-functional rail pullers:
Full-time electric pump station operators should always check the pressure gauge reading to avoid overpressure.
All work processes should be carried out according to the prescribed usage methods.
The oil cylinder and wedge iron must be dropped into the slot.
. When the piston rod extends and retracts into position, it should be stopped immediately and no overpressure should be allowed.
The oil pipe should not be in contact with the ground or stolen goods to prevent magazines from entering the oil line.
