According to relevant regulations, the Guangdong Provincial Communications Administration had imposed an administrative penalty on it by revoking its value-added telecommunications business license.
Later, Qvod, which was in constant trouble, was fined 100 million yuan for suspected piracy and infringement. On March 1, the law enforcement officers of the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau delivered the "Administrative Penalty Decision Letter" to Kuaibo Company. Kuaibo has signed the "Penalty Decision Letter". The decision shows that Kuaibo Company disseminated "Beijing Love Story" and other film and television dramas to the public through the Kuaibo player software it operates without the rights holder's permission. According to relevant laws, Qvod Company should pay the fine within the day.
