Function and use of the machine
This machine is suitable for punching waste paper, waste plastic, plastic bottles, cans, foam and other waste materials that need to be packaged
Installation precautions
First lay the machine flat , do not shake, and then add hydraulic oil. Add oil of different weights according to different tonnage equipment.
. The motor of this machine is pole 3. Please check whether the local voltage is the same as this machine. After connecting the wires (the wires are connected according to the power of the motor), turn on the power and check the direction of the motor rotation (arrow indication). Turn the hour hand and adjust the connection position of the two live wires when the direction is wrong.
Maintenance
This machine should be operated and maintained by a dedicated person. Turn off the main power supply after get off work every day, clean up foreign objects around the machine, clean up foreign objects inside the machine, and add appropriate lubricating oil to the moving parts to reduce machine wear.
Regularly check whether the screws in various parts of the machine are loose. New machines are prone to loosening: the small flange screws of the central axis and the four/large screws in the pressure plate. They must be reinforced regularly.
Safety Precautions
Before starting to pack, first check whether each door is closed, whether the door lock core is buckled in place, whether the knife and scissors buckle is buckled, and whether the safety chain is buckled on the handle. Do not pack without fastening any of the above parts to avoid accidents.
When the machine is in operation, people should stand next to the machine and do not put their head, hands and other parts of the body into the door to avoid crushing.
How to operate
. After completing the above inspections, start packing. First place a piece of cardboard or a woven bag or a film bag at the bottom of the packing room to make it easier to thread the wire after packing. Then put the waste into the packing room, being careful to put it evenly. The waste cannot exceed the surrounding area of the packing room. If it exceeds the surrounding area, it will easily bend and deform the door. In serious cases, it will break the main hinge.
(Note: Do not put your hands into the packing room after placing the waste.)

Opening sequence: When opening the door, people should stand in front of the machine, first open the front upper door, then open the front lower door, and when opening the lower door, people should stand in front of the machine. People should stay away from the machine as much as possible because the scissor buckle has a strong rebound force when opening the door. When opening the door, pay attention to whether there are other people around, and only open it when there are no other people. Opening the back door is the same as opening the front door.

First pass the iron wire through the groove of the bottom plate, then pass it out from the groove of the upper plate, and then tie it with both ends of the iron wire.
