The filter element of this filter uses a high-strength wedge-shaped filter screen, and the filter element is automatically cleaned through pressure difference control and timing control. When impurities in the filter accumulate on the surface of the filter element, causing the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value, or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends out a signal to drive the recoil mechanism. When the backwash suction cup mouth is directly opposite the filter element inlet, the drain valve is opened. At this time, the system is depressurized and drained. A negative pressure zone appears inside the suction cup and the filter element with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element, forcing part of the net circulating water to flow from the outside of the filter element. It flows into the inside of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element enter the suction cup with the water flow and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed mesh creates a spray effect inside the filter element, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet returns to normal or the timer setting time expires, the motor stops running and the electric drain valve closes. During the entire process, materials flow continuously and backwashing consumes less water, achieving continuous and automated production.
