1. Machine overview:
Taiwan Minghe automobile front and rear bumper ultrasonic punching machine uses an energy conversion system to convert high-frequency electronic energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration, which is transmitted to the automobile rear bumper through the die. The die rubs the product sharply at high frequency per second until it melts, and then the cutting and punching is completed instantly.
Taiwan Minghe Automobile's front and rear bumper ultrasonic punching machine consists of five major parts: frame, die set and workbench, bottom mold, ultrasonic generator and its control system, and pneumatic system.
2. Punching form:
The whole machine is designed to punch in sections by moving the bottom mold. The decorative strip holes are punched out by multiple sets of primary and secondary dies at one time. After the decorative strip holes are punched, the bottom mold is moved, and another four sets of non-primary punch dies complete the punching of the radar holes. If you only need to punch one of the holes, you only need to turn the decorative strip hole/radar hole/double punch function switch to the corresponding position to complete the punching process of each hole.

It requires high pressure, cannot punch holes, and has the disadvantages of short die life.
Two types of holes are punched on the same machine (one type of hole can also be punched separately), and the ultrasonic generator and its control system are switched for use, which improves production efficiency and reduces investment costs.
The punching of the two types of holes is completed automatically by moving the bottom mold. All actions are automatically completed in one clamping, and the operation is simple.
