Working Principle
The vertical baler uses hydraulic oil to connect to the power supply. The three-phase rated current is 0. There must be grounding protection during installation. The motor must be run according to the direction shown before it can be activated, otherwise it cannot be started. The oil tank can be started only after adding hydraulic oil. However, when the temperature drops and the hydraulic oil concentration is high, the filter in the machine cannot filter. At this time, the filter must be removed and can be reinstalled and used after the temperature recovers. . The overflow raft controls the pressure switch of the machine. Rotate the pressure regulating hand to the right for pressurization and to the left for decompression. The pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory. However, during use, the pressure regulating handwheel may shift, causing the pressure to rise or fall. At this time, new pressure adjustment is required. Pressure regulation should be performed during operation and at the same time lower the pressure plate to the lowest position to adjust the pressure regulating hand of the overflow raft. The wheel adjustment pressure cannot be higher or lower than the optimal pressure range shown on the pressure gauge. The side rod enhances the rigidity of the pressure and plays a guiding role. It should be lubricated before each use. The limit switch controls the start and stop of the machine, so it must be checked and maintained frequently. The manual steering valve controls the switch for the pressure plate to move up and down.
When the manual steering valve is turned to the down gear, the pressure plate automatically works downward. When the waste material is pressed to a solid state, the resistance is greater than the pressure and it will automatically stop pressing when it hits the stroke limit switch, which can effectively prevent the hydraulic motor and oil pump from being in the state for a long time. Overload condition may cause damage to various parts.
When the manual steering valve moves to the upshift position, the pressure plate automatically rises to the highest position and is controlled by the travel switch to stop. At this time, the manual steering valve should be turned to the neutral position. Complete a work program.
