Redesign of the new de-labeling machine
This equipment is the latest de-labeling and de-labeling equipment developed and produced by our company. A claw knife has been added to the original label removal equipment and the combination of the movable knife and the fixed knife has been adjusted. Working principle
The bottle delabeling machine is composed of two major parts
The delabeling link consists of the main shaft of the delabeling cylinder, the movable knife on the shaft and the fixed knife on the cylinder wall, all of which are made of hard materials. When the alloy tip bottle is pushed in the machine, the label is peeled off through contact with the movable knife and the fixed knife. The two separation links mainly include the main fan of the separation barrel, the auxiliary fan, the spiral air duct, and the separation by wind force. High efficiency, energy saving, convenience and easy daily maintenance of machinery. The off-standard rate is as high as above.
