Working Principle
The recycled plastic bottles first go through a delabeling machine to remove the labels on the bottle body, and then pass through the plane sorting conveyor. In this step, the mixed-colored bottles in the material (such as green bottles, blue bottles, residual impurities, etc.), then enter the crusher for crushing, and then enter the rinsing tank for separation (to achieve the separation of bottle flakes from label paper, bottle caps). After separation, enter the high-temperature pot for heating and cleaning, and then come out again Enter the rinsing tank for rinsing (removing the cleaning agent in high-temperature heating), and finally enter the dehydrator to dehydrate and package directly. For large output and high-grade bottle flakes, we can process the whole bottle pre-washing process, de-labeling sorting process, primary crushing process, primary washing and separation process, high-temperature cleaning process, neutralization cleaning process, rinsing and drying process, and bottle flake selection process.
